Using or sensors to ensure quality products:
Our factory is equipped with over 12 sets of automated machines procured from Japan and Taiwan area. We install dozens of IR sensors on the modes that used for high-speed intelligent automatic precision punch. The IR sensors keep monitoring the quality of the products, and alarms once there's any unusual situation. In addition, we source quality raw materials that meet Oeko-Tex 100 standards. Our 12 QC technicians conduct 100% inspection on finished products, ensuring every piece you receive is defect-free.

5-10 days sample turn around:
30% of annual sales are reinvested into R&D, and we have our own molding workshop to get your customized samples ready in 5-15 days. Our 16 designers have 20 years' experience, and they communicate with you in English.
